Our Kaikoura run Thursday 17th August..
The joys of having a run midweek lets you pick the days and Thursday was among the best. Cloudless sunny and perfect for a cruise in a Mustang. Fifteen cars met in Garlick St Ravenswood the oldest being a 1966 owned by Glenn & Kathryn Martin and the newest only 3 Days old a 2023 RTR.
We cruised up to Cheviot for a bathroom stop and coffee and our shiny black 66 become the talking point of onlookers and fellow club membrs. Then back in convoy to Kaikoura where we met up with more club members.
The food was great and the drinks went down and down. What a great event, some club members were staying overnight making a long weekend of it. In total we had 40 members for lunch.
