1978 FIRST EVER MUSTANG (& CADILLAC) SHOW

The 1978 combined Mustang and Cadillac show, hosted by the Taranaki Club, was the forerunner* of all the subsequent national Mustang conventions, including the first Mustang Owners convention also hosted by Taranaki the following year.

* Note: The year before this show was held, the Taranaki club hosted the new Waikato and Auckland clubs to a combined gathering on Queen's Birthday Weekend on June 4/5/6 1977
