The number of great local businesses throwing their support behind the Ford National Mustang Convention 2020 in Christchurch continues to increase, with Garden City Communications signing up as a valued Gold Sponsor.

Garden City Communications is a NZ owned and operated company, based in Christchurch. They provide a wide range of services covering all aspects of communication in today’s “high-tech” world, including data network systems, telephone services and systems, comprehensive audio visual installations and products, supply and installation of LED billboards, signs and mobile trailers, backed up with a full range of supporting  electrical services. All team members are trade certified and site-safe qualified, and provide one-stop-shop approach across system design, supply of all components, installation, customer training and guidance, and ongoing servicing. Garden City Communications clients extend from domestic home theatre systems to the largest corporate digital screen innovations, from Ministry of Education data network cabling for complicated school systems, to outdoor broadcasts and stage show lighting.

Managing Director Ray Eade is excited about the opportunity that the 2020 Mustang Convention in Christchurch presents.  “Communication systems are becoming more and more sophisticated, and with the new, leading edge Te Pae Convention Centre  at the forefront of this Convention, we see it as a great chance to present Garden City Communications as a local leader in the field,” said Ray.  “We also see it as a special opportunity to support and play a part in our local community, especially with the focus that Mustang Clubs have of giving something back through local charities  and putting smiles on faces. And like a number of other sponsors, I’m a Mustang enthusiast myself!”

Convention 2020 organisers, the Canterbury Mustang Owners Club, are delighted that Garden City Communications has joined the great group of leading businesses as gold sponsors for this year’s National Convention. “We know that the Mustang Convention has very wide appeal, beyond just the Mustangs themselves.  We’re confident of enthusiastic interest and a strong following by the people of Christchurch and Canterbury, especially the opening of Te Pae. I’m sure that Garden City Communications will benefit accordingly through their valued involvement,” said Garry Jackson, CMOC President.
