BBQ and Mystery Mustang Run to Amberley Domain Saturday 11th November.

We could not have asked for a more sun drenched day for the run, BBQ and picnic at Amberley Domain today.

The planned run departed from Burwood Health at 10.30am and the 12 Mustangs arrived at Amberley Domain at midday to meet up with the other club members. Video https://youtu.be/SnGtW9muUW4

On the menu was BYO picnic lunch and our club provided BBQ sausages and cake. A special thank to Dennis and Viv for bringing out the BBQ, gazebo and full credit to all the chefs on the day keeping us fed.

Dennis' friend David is the president of the Jaguar Drivers Club and their members were invited to join us at the picnic.The day was full of fun, laughter and banter between clubs.

There was a good attendance of Jaguar cars and members. What a friendly lot the Jag people were, showing great interest in the Mustangs and our club did the same to our guests.

We played 'Bean Bag Toss' and 'Play the Field' for the inter club games challenge and the winners were the Jaguar Drivers Club. Maybe ours next year!

Our Maree Shepherd with her 1965 Mustang and Robin and Sue Clements Jaguar XKR Convertible won the anonymous judges choice. Prizes were a bottle of wine and a tin of biscuits each.
